THE BALTIMORE INITIATIVE

WHO WE ARE A living breathing network of like-minded independent artists, captained by the efforts and resources of NP Recording & Nice Package Disc Duplication.  The Baltimore Initiative operates off a set of clear and concise goals, executed with a commitment to creativity, quality & efficiency. The Baltimore Initiative seeks to provide an environment wherein an independent artist can not only survive, but thrive. Our message is spread through 3 vehicles: 1. a CD compilation made up of Initiative artists 2. an artist showcase centered around the release of the compilation 3. the constant communication between The Initiative members to the media and to the community at large.

WHO WE ARE NOT We are not a record label.  We are not a collection of cover bands. Most importantly, we are not contractually obligated to anyone, which provides us with the freedom to write, record, perform & distribute our music at our sole discretion.  The Baltimore Initiative seeks to create and maintain a relationship whereby the goals of the artists involved are met and the requirements of NP Recording & Nice Package Disc Duplication are fulfilled. Through the successes of this unique relationship, The Baltimore Initiative will maintain a pattern of continuous growth, through which a greater awareness will be brought to the music created and the truly independent artists from which it came.
